We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out fast. Please contact us if an item is out of stock and we will do our best to hunt one down for you!

No, items are not placed on back order and we try to avoid advertising products that are not in stock. If your desired item has sold out, you will be contacted by our team and a refund will be arranged.

We love hearing from happy ballers and sharing the positive feedback with our team. To help spread the word, you can leave a product review on the specific product page. Sharing your experience will help other shoppers decide whether one of our products is right for them.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a bricks & mortar store and for safety reasons we cannot allow customers in the Baller Store warehouse. If you have any product enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your email junk or spam folder.

We are unable to change items within an order once it has been placed (including size/ style/ colour). Prior to an order being marked as ‘shipped’ we are able to cancel individual items or the entire order.

The Baller Store strives to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. All payments are protected by 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by GeoTrust.

All Credit Card payments are process by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

You can see the transaction is secure if you see a key lock on your web browser. We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to our bank. Rest assured that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.

  1. There are no spaces in your credit card number
  2. Your delivery address is the same as the address linked to your credit card
  3. Your name appears exactly the same as on the card

Delivery & Returns

We currently charge a simple flat rate of $10 for all orders within Australia.

Please allow 1 business day for us to pack and post your order and then 1-2 business days for it to be delivered. The majority of our orders arrive within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note pre-order items will state an approximate date of re-stock for each item. We will post your pre-order as soon as it is made available to us. We only ship orders once all items have been picked from our warehouse.

No, you can checkout as a guest if you prefer, however, signing up an account automatically entitles you to 1000 ($10) worth of Baller Points to spend on your next visit!

You will receive a tracking email when your order is dispatched.

Contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. Unfortunately once your order has shipped The Baller Store cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses entered, please make sure that you have entered the correct details at checkout.

Generally our courier will return the item to us at which point we will contact you and you will need to arrange payment for re-posting. We cannot under any circumstances refund shipping charges for orders that have already shipped. A $10 return charge fee applies to all orders returned with incorrect shipping addresses.

If your order has already been shipped we offer a 30 day money back guarantee (excluding all postage costs). If your order has not yet been shipped we can assist you with processing a refund.
