SHIPPING RATES

We charge a fixed fee for our deliveries anywhere within Australia as you should not be penalised for buying more or living away from metro areas.

We can deliver to physical addresses as well as PO boxes anywhere within Australia.

We use a combination of Australia Post, Star Track, Couriers Please and others depending on the location, size of the order and season to optimise the delivery speed, reliability and costs.

We no longer use Sendle for our deliveries since they have stopped their operations in Australia.

 

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

Our delivery partners use a combination of road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy as well as air freight for interstate deliveries. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate that is shared with your customer to help them keep track too.

All our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney or Adelaide so you can expect a fast delivery.

30 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

We take great pride in the brands we represent, carefully hand picking only quality items from the best basketball brands around the world. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or store credit in accordance with our returns policy.

Items returned for exchange or credit must be done so within 30 days of original purchase date in a resaleable condition (unused, undamaged, and unsoiled, with the tags still attached and still in original condition). Please allow up to 7 days from the day you return your product for your online store credit to be issued.

We are unable to accept returns that were not purchased online from The Baller Store.

You must contact us prior to returning your product to initiate the returns process. We strongly advise securing tracking on your parcel to ensure it is not lost.

CHANGE OF MIND

The Baller Store is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, used or damaged in any way including packaging.

Change of mind exchanges will only apply to items in a resalable condition, which includes maintaining the item in its original shipped condition. Re-postage does incur a repeat post charge so please choose carefully.

INCORRECT SIZE

You will need to return the item to The Baller Store and we will send out a replacement. Note that we cannot guarantee that your required size will be available, however we will always do our best to track down a replacement.  Re-postage does incur a repeat post charge so please choose carefully. Please note that postage charges incurred for incorrect sizing are non-refundable.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Please note all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE on items that are undelivered, lost, or returned to our warehouse. On “Free Shipping” orders we charge a $10 return fee on any items that are returned to our warehouse and marked undelivered.

REDUCED TO CLEAR STOCK

Unfortunately we are unable to refund/exchange items that are marked as reduced to clear, except in the unlikely event the item is faulty.
