WHO WE SHIP WITH

The Baller Store currently ships all over Australia via courier using Sendle.

We do charge just that little bit extra to send to remote areas, because Sendle charges us that same little bit extra.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

Your parcels are automatically insured for loss up to the value of $1500. It’s extremely rare for parcels to go missing, but if the worst happens, the claims process is online, hassle-free and speedy.

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate that is shared with your customer to help them keep track too.

PO BOXES

Due to Australia Post’s reluctance to grant Sendle access to PO Boxes we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time – but please contact us as we may be able to work out an alternate solution.

30 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

We take great pride in the brands we represent, carefully hand picking only quality items from the best basketball brands around. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Items returned for exchange or refund must be done so within 30 days of original delivery date in a resalable condition (unused, undamaged, and unsoiled, with the tags still attached and still in original condition). Please allow up to 7 days from the day you return your product for your account to be refunded or online credit to be issued.

We are unable to accept returns that were not purchased online from The Baller Store.

CHANGE OF MIND

The Baller Store is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, used or damaged in any way including packaging.

Change of mind exchanges will only apply to items in a resalable condition, which includes maintaining the item in its original shipped condition. Re-postage does incur a repeat post charge so please choose carefully.

INCORRECT SIZE

You will need to return the item to The Baller Store and we will send out a replacement. Note that we cannot guarantee that your required size will be available, however we will always do our best to track down a replacement.  Re-postage does incur a repeat post charge so please choose carefully.

REDUCED TO CLEAR STOCK

Unfortunately we are unable to refund/exchange items that are marked as reduced to clear, except in the unlikely event the item is faulty.
